The Human Resources Department is an internal service department. A staff of
one coordinates the hiring of all Village employees, and orients them to their
new department.
Additionally, the department assures compliance with federal, state, and
local regulations in all aspects of hiring, safety, training, labor/employee
relations, risk management, etc. The Human Resources Department implements the
policies established by the Village of Bridgeview Mayor and Board of
Trustees.
